6. Confirmation that the report is accurate, and a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act for the owner of the exclusive right concerned.

4. Review and Action

UK IPTV Media will review sufficiently detailed complaints and act promptly on valid notices, including removing material or restricting access where appropriate. We may request clarification and notify the affected user of the action taken.

5. Disputing a Removal

If you believe your material was removed because of an error or incorrect identification, send a written counter-notice to our copyright email. Include:

1. Your handwritten or electronic signature.
2. A description of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
3. A declaration under penalty of perjury that you genuinely believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, postal address and telephone number.
5. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the US Federal District Court for the district containing your address. If you live outside the United States, consent to a district where the service provider may be found. Also confirm that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

Where the statutory counter-notice procedure applies, a valid counter-notice is shared with the complainant. Restoration takes place between 10 and 14 business days after receipt unless notice of a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement is received first. Restoration remains subject to applicable law.

6. Repeated Violations

Accounts associated with repeated copyright infringement may be suspended or terminated in appropriate circumstances, subject to applicable law and our Terms and Conditions.

7. Misleading Reports

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in an infringement notice or counter-notice can result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Check your evidence and authority before submitting a report.
